98 FM KCQ Country Music Fest Artist

AmericaJR.com announces that Joe Nichols will headline the 98 FM KCQ Country Music Festival on Saginaw's Ojibway Island. The concert takes place on June 21, 2008. In support of his upcoming performance, we're giving away Ten autographed copies of his latest album "Real Things."

It's been five years since Joe Nichols took country music by storm, staking his own unique claim to time-honored tradition with his unforgettable debut single, "The Impossible." Today, Nichols is well established as one of country's most familiar and unforgettable voices.

With his third CD, Real Things, Nichols has outdone himself once again, crafting a record that, song-for-song, performance-for performance, never lets up and never lets go. With the debut single "Another Side Of You" already igniting at radio, Nichols fans are getting a taste of what's to come - a country album full of real songs, sung by a real artist, who's always been and always will be all about nothing but the REAL THINGS.

The album also includes the Nichols' current radio hit "It Ain't No Crime."

Joe Nichols was born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas. His father, who worked a trucker, also played bass guitar in a local country band; eventually, Joe himself found work in a local rock band, before taking a job as a country disc jockey.

See Joe Nichols perform LIVE at the 98 FM KCQ Country Music Festival. It's FREE! The festival begins at 10:30 a.m. and runs until approximately 5:00 p.m. It is being held on Saginaw's Ojibway Island.
