Jesse Eisenberg plays
a pizza delivery guy named Nick. He acts just like one, in the
way that he drives like a maniac to get pizzas delivered in 30
minutes or less. Hence the title.
Danny McBride, Aziz
Ansari, Nick Swardson and Dishad Vadsaria also star in the movie.
It was produced by Ben Stiller, Stuart Cornfeld and Jeremy Kramer.
The story is about
a couple of guys who live with their father. Their father was
in the military and treats them as such. The kids, in turn, hate
their father for being so strict and plot to make a lot of money
and fast. They kidnap the pizza guy and make him rob a bank for
them.
Eisenberg gets a bomb
strapped to his body and has to figure out how to complete the
heist in a limited amount of time.
The movie was filmed
in Grand Rapids, Michigan and excluding the bad language, was
very funny. I laughed a lot throughout the entire movie. The run
time is 83 minutes and is directed by Ruben Fleischer (who also
directed Zombieland).
The funny antics of
this action comedy makes this movie a must see.
