"Because I Said So"

Comedy. Rated PG-13.

This is a movie about an over-zealous mother (Diane Keaton) who is
turning 60 and wants to find Mr. Right for her daughter played by Mandy
Moore. She doesn't want her to be like her, alone and old.

She writes an internet ad looking for single and successful men without
telling her daughter. She goes through a series of interviews and finds
just the man. However, a band member from the hotel she is at overhears
and wants to meet the daughter too. She tells the successful one to meet
her at a party that her daughter is catering.

The daughter seems to like this man and gets a date. The mother seems to
push the successful one and she wonders why. However, the band member
meets up with her too. So she goes out with him too. She eventually
can't decide which one she wants.

Who will be the one? There is a wedding at the end of the movie. But
whose will it be?

OVERALL GRADE: B
