BIGG Burger Restaurant opens its doors in Livonia, Mich.

The BIGG Burger Restaurant is completely new from the ground up.

Today, I visited a new place in Livonia, Mich. called BIGG Burger on 7 Mile and Farmington Roads. The place was clean and cozy. The people were friendly and helpful as they took my order.

The menu consists of burgers, fries, potato skins, grilled cheese sandwiches and chili. They also offer a breakfast menu consisting of croissants and egg and cheese breakfast croissants. All menu items also come as a combo. The beverages include soda, coffee, milk shakes and bottled beverages located inside of a cooler.

The prices are extremely reasonable with burgers starting at $2.99. You can choose from single, double or triple burgers.

To make your burger your own, there is a choice of 13 spreads and 13 toppings at no extra charge. Some spreads include three kinds of mayo, thousand island dressing, BBQ sauce, dijon mustard, A1 Steak Sauce, bistro sauce and red hot sauce. Some of the toppings are lettuce, tomato, pickles, yellow pepper rings, cucumbers, olives, alfalfa sprouts, green pepper, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. Avocado and bacon can also be added for an additional cost of $1.09 and $.95, respectively.

I have to admit, the burgers were the best burgers I have ever had. They were tasty and juicy. They use 100 percent certified Black Angus beef, fresh, never frozen. All vegetables and breads are delivered fresh daily. Their french fries are made of No. 1 Idaho potatoes and cooked in a zero trans fat canola and corn oil blend. There are no freezers or microwaves on the premises.

I thoroughly enjoyed my burger and would definitely recommend this place. I plan on returning again and again. It is a very nice neighborhood restaurant.

The restaurant is located where the former Taco Bell once stood.

I ordered the BIGG single cheeseburger.

They also have a drive thru.
