Family Dining II Restaurant in Northville, Mich.
I had the fish
sandwich which was served with chips and a pickle. The sandwich
was good, maybe a little small. The cost was $4.99 which I
thought was a little high.
The restaurant
offers quite a variety on the menu, serving breakfast, lunch
and dinner. Breakfast is served all day long. The breakfast
special comes with two eggs and choice of ham, sausage or
bacon and three pancakes or toast for $4.90. A discounted
price is offered from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Sandwich offerings
include the "Grand Slam" ham, Three Decker "Ultimate"
club, the "Half Pounder" ground round, chicken sandwich
"Supreme", "Jumbo" reuben, "Super"
B.L.T. and the "Big Daddy" melt. All sandwiches
come with salad or cole slaw or cup of soup and choice of
potato.
Dinner entrees
include rib-eye steak, chopped sirloin, roast beef, liver
'n onions, baked ham steak, spaghetti, fish, turkey breast,
wing dings, fried chicken and many other offerings. Specials
are offered seven days a week.
The prices on everything
seem high to me. Senior citizens receive a discount daily
and free homemade rice pudding.
The atmosphere
is nice and clean. The decor is modern. The restaurant features
tables, booth seating by the windows and a counter for those
who like to eat by the kitchen.
The service was
excellent and the waitress was friendly.
Connor's also operates
another restaurant at 8445 N. Telegraph Road in Dearborn Heights,
Mich.
