Sara Evans "Feels Like Home"

Sara Evans'
new album is titled "Feels Like Home." The only place
you can buy it is at Cracker Barrel's 534 locations in 41 states
or at crackerbarrel.com.
The CD includes a fold-out free poster of her inside the album cover.
There are
twelve songs on this new album. It includes an acoustic version
of "No Place That Far" and a LIVE version of "Born
to Fly." Those are considered to be two of Sara Evans' biggest
hits. There are 10 other songs on the record that were hits from
her previous albums. It is like a greatest hits album.
One of my
favorite songs on this album is number two "Fool, I'm a Woman."
It's a song that was previously released in 1998. It talks about
a woman noticing signs that her man doesn't love her anymore.. Some
of the lyrics: "With a woman it's imperative you show her
that you love her. If you don't it's her prerogative to change like
the weather. I'm seeing the signs. You know I use to think love
was blind. Well, fool I'm a woman and I'm bound to change my mind."
Track three
is the acoustic version of "No Place That Far." This song
is about a couple that live far away and would travel any distance
to see each other. It's a good song for someone who is getting married
or engaged. Here's the lyrics: "If I had to run, if I had
to crawl. If I had to swim a hundred rivers, just to climb a thousand
walls, Always know that I will find a way, to get to where you are,
There's no place that far."
Another
one of my favorites is song number seven "Let's Dance."
It's a fun-loving song that you would play at a bar, saloon or dance
club. It has a pop sound to it. Some of the lyrics: "Let's
dance while the lights are shining bright. Let's dance while the
music's feeling right. Romance till the night is through. You'll
be holding me. Yeah, and I'll be holding you. Let's dance."
Song number
eight is "Rockin' Horse." It is from Sara Evans' Restless
album. This is another song that I like. It's about living life
day to day. Live each day to the fullest. Here's the lyrics: "That's
how I live my life. I take it as it comes. And I find the hidden
love. When it's pouring down on me. In my mind I see. The rocking
horse inside the tree."
I love this
album. It is absolutely wonderful. It gives you another reason to
take a step back into the past and visit the Cracker Barrel Old
Country Store. Maybe it's just that I love Sara Evans and her music.
You should get it ASAP!!
