The
Hard Rock Cafe: Detroit
by

I ordered a grilled
chicken breast over mashed potatoes with grilled onions and
mushrooms. The dish was beautifully presented on the plate.
The chicken was grilled to perfection, moist and tasty.
The Hard Rock Cafe
is located inside the Compuware Bldg. on Michigan Ave. and Woodward.
The atmosphere is very rock and roll, with music playing and
wide-screen tv's on. They have a huge bar that goes across the
whole room. The cherry wood tables are all over the room.
The service was great
and the waiter was friendly. His attitude was terrific as we
requested refills and water at our table.
The average prices
on the menu was $8.00 for a burger to $16.00 for an main entree.
I would recommend you go downtown and spend some time there
listening to music, eating good food, and browsing their store
inside the restaurant. Then afterwards, stop by The Ice Rink
at Campus Martuis and watch or ice skate on the rink. The big
Christmas Tree is fabulous at Christmastime.
They also have a
store attached to the restaurant where you can purchase memorabilia.
They have T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and much more. They also
offer the Hard Rock Cafe collectable pins.
We've got a lot of
rockers in Detroit. A Hard Rock Cafe is just what we needed.
Think of Bob Seger, Eminem, Kid Rock, Uncle Kracker, D12 and
the Motown Records.
Overall
Grade: A+
