Hot Apple Pie "Hot Apple
Pie"

After
an amazing performance at the Downtown Hoedown this year, the guys
from Hot Apple Pie have released their self-titled debut album.
Hot
Apple Pie is made up of Brady Seals, Mark "Sparky" Matejka,
Keith Horne and Try Landry. Brady Seals was formerly with the band
Little Texas.
The
first hit from this album was "Hillbillies." It is a real
slow song. Not one of my favorites but you gotta start somewhere.
"The
Good Life" is a faced paced, fun song. It's a great tune to
play during the summer. It's about going surfboarding, riding the
waves and dancing.
"Slowin'
Down the Fall" is a duet with Willie Nelson.
Track
number twelve sounds like it could be a hit. It's called "I
Should've Seen Her Leavin' Comin." It's a song about being
late for an anniversary gift.
I
would have expected a little more from this new group. There are
only two songs that I like which are "The Good Life" and
"I Should've Seen Her Leavin' Comin." Other than that,
I'm not really into this album.
