Little Fockers
brings in Robert DeNiro (as Jack Byrnes) and Ben Stiller (as Greg
Focker), who is married to Pam, reuniting as a sequel to Meet
the Fockers and Meet the Parents.
Jack, who is a former
CIA operative, who struggles with his mortality, chooses his other
son-in-law to be the Godfocker of his assets, but they get divorced,
so he decides to give the job to Greg with whom he is still is
unsure of the circle of trust. Greg goes through many hurdles
trying to prove that he is the one for the job.
Tight on finances,
Greg decides to moonlight with a job as a drug salesman. In comes
Andi Garcia played by Jessica Alba who is the sexy drug rep who
decides Greg would be the perfect candidate to sell their new
erectile dysfunction drug, Sustengo. Feeling lonely one night,
Andi takes the drug herself and turns into this sexual prowess,
which Greg wants nothing to do with.
Greg is trying to plan
a birthday party for his five year old twins, but when the contractor
(Harvey Keitel) works too slowly, Kevin (Owen Wilson) takes
charge and has the party at his palatial estate with great success.
The film also stars
Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand. It was directed by Paul Weitz.
Little Fockers was released jointly by Universal Pictures
and Paramount Pictures. Scenes were filmed in both Los Angeles
and Chicago.
This movie has lots
of twists and turns and I think is not as good as the first movie.
The first is always the best, in my opinion. Hopefully this is
the end
of the Fockers forever.
