of Liam Neeson in Universal's "Non-Stop" - 2014
a suspense thriller starring Liam Neeson who plays U.S. Air Marshall
Bill Marks. The movie begins when Marks parks at JFK airport with
a Jim Beam in his hand, then leaves for the gate. During the movie,
he reveals a troubled and tragic past. Another air marshall calls
him a paranoid drunk. Julianne Moore plays Jen Summers, who insists
on a window seat and sits next to Marks.
On a transatlantic
flight from New York City to London, Marks receives a series of
text messages saying that he must transfer $150 million into an
off-short account or else a passenger will die every 20 minutes
until that happens. However, it is revealed that the off-short
account is in his name.
most of his time trying to convince the passengers that he really
is a federal marshall. While he is trying to find the real hijacker,
the passengers think that "he" is the hijacker and they
attack him in flight. Next, you see two fighter jets flying next
to the aircraft. Oh no, not a good scenario, at best.
As Marks frantically
tries to find the hijacker, he gets help from a flight attendant,
Nancy, played by Michelle Dockery. He also finds cocaine in a
briefcase and underneath the cocaine, he finds a bomb. Oh no,
a bomb on the flight, what else can happen???
This movie is so thrilling,
I found myself sitting on the edge of my seat. The action was
nail biting. I loved this movie and would definitely recommend
it. It is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and lasts 107 minutes
