Parade Company Fundraiser
PVS Chemicals. Inc. presents magical night for Parade Company
featuring celebrities Ross Mathews, Doug E. Fresh, Erin Cummings,
Cari Cucksey, Louise Roe and entertainment by Kate Voegele

DETROIT
– The 22nd Annual Hob Nobble Gobble® presented
by PVS Chemicals, Inc., a magical evening of live entertainment,
celebrities, fabulous food and carnival rides for all ages benefiting
America’s Thanksgiving Parade® and The Parade Company,
is happening on Friday, November 18, from 6:30 – 10:30 p.m.
at Ford Field, one of America’s premiere venues. More than
2,000 distinguished guests and celebrities will hit the 50-yard
line to hobnob and celebrate one of Detroit’s greatest traditions.
“Hob Nobble Gobble is one of our most important fundraisers
of the year and we are thrilled to return to Ford Field for this
incredible night,” said Tony Michaels, President & CEO
of The Parade Company. “We are extremely grateful to have
the generosity of PVS Chemicals and our sponsors and supporters
that continue to make America’s Thanksgiving Parade one of
the greatest and largest parades in the country.”

The night will shine with headline entertainment from Kate Voegele,
One Tree Hill actress and singer who recently released her latest
album “Gravity Happens.” The evening also includes special
“meet & greet” appearances from:

- Special performance by singer, songwriter and One Tree Hill

E. Fresh
- Rapper/Entertainer. Originator of the human beat box, The Show
& La Di Da Di
- Erin
Cummings - Detroit 1-8-7 and Pan Am
actress, is Founder of Mittens for Detroit. Cummings has also
been in Mad Men, Charmed and Cold Case.
- Cari
Cucksey - T.V. personality and star of HGTV’s Cash
& Cari. Based near Detroit, Cucksey is the owner and
operator of RePurpose Estate Services, a company that helps set
up estate sales for its clients.
- Ross
Mathews – Rose to fame from his correspondent duties
as “Ross the Intern” on the Tonight Show,
where he also now serves as a creative consultant for the show.
Mathews is also a regular panelist and guest host on E!'s hit
late-night talk show Chelsea Lately.
- Louise
Roe - TV presenter and fashion journalist, she fronts
both the U.S. and UK versions of her makeover show, Plain
Jane, (CW network and MTV).

Hob Nobble
Gobble®, presented by PVS Chemicals, Inc., features activities,
rides and entertainment from end zone to end zone for both kids
and adults – and a new interactive teen area. New rides as
well as long time favorites will include the Paratrooper, Giant
Swinging Ship, Bumper Cars, Tilt-a-Whirl and Ferris Wheel. The Parade
Company will utilize a number of audio-visual elements, from the
jumbo-tron and awesome electronics, to dazzle guests with an even
more spectacular show.
The winning smile of NBA legend and entrepreneur Earvin “Magic”
Johnson will grace historic Woodward Avenue on Thanksgiving morning
in the form of a new papier-mâché “Big Head”
for the 85th America’s Thanksgiving Parade®. The new Magic
Johnson “Big Head” will be unveiled to the Hob Nobble
Gobble crowd during a brief ceremony. Paul W. Smith of News/Talk
760 WJR will serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the program.
WDIV-TV Local 4 will air a live, primetime Hob Nobble Gobble special
from 8:00 – 9:00 p.m.

the much-needed funds for The Parade Company to produce America’s

Now in its 85th year, The Parade Company has announced “So
Much To Believe In” as this year’s official theme for
America’s Thanksgiving Parade®.
The 85th America’s Thanksgiving Parade®, one of the country’s
oldest and most celebrated parades, will step-off at Woodward Avenue
and Mack on Thursday, November 24 at 9:05 a.m. and end at Woodward
Avenue and Congress in downtown Detroit. The two-hour Parade will
be featured on WDIV-TV Local 4 including a one-hour national broadcast
reaching more than 140 markets nationwide. News/Talk 760 WJR will
