The City is prepared to accommodate the increased traffic flow in the downtown area, and ample and convenient parking is available to accommodate audiences for these great events. The City of Detroit has issued the following information regarding available parking facilities, bus service and reroutes, and the Detroit People Mover.

PARADE ATTENDEES

America’s Thanksgiving Parade begins at 9:20 a.m. on Nov. 27 on Woodward Avenue at Mack Avenue. It will continue south along Woodward and end at Congress. Motorists are advised to leave early and to park near the parade’s starting point.
