"The Perfect Man" Official Soundtrack

by Jason Rzucidlo
americajr@americajr.com

The Perfect Man is now in theatres and stars Hilary Duff, Heather Locklear, Chris Noth and Mike O'Malley. The official soundtrack includes songs by Howie Day, Kaci, Kimberley Locke, Plumb, Jason Lavik, Beth Thornley, Grits and Dennis DeYoung.

Song number one is called "Collide." It's by Howie Day and is about when two people meet for the first time. It's about making first impressions and always being on your mind.

During the movie you will hear the hit song by Kaci called "I Will Learn to Love Again." It's about moving on and starting over. It's very upbeat. She's a great singer.

Kimbery Locke sings track number three "Better Than This." It's about having a good time with your sweetie. If you have someone to love, it's all good. Does it get any better?

I do not like songs 7-12 as they are different from the first six. These are a combination of rap, hip hop and others. I do not recognize these from the movie but they are on the soundtrack.

Hilary Duff does not sing on this soundtrack which is kind of a disappointment. Although, it's filled with a bunch of pop songs. They're fun and easy to listen to. You should enjoy it! Lots of young talent that should go very far.

Special thanks goes out to CURB Records for providing this album for us to review and give away in a contest on AmericaJR.com.
