"Rocky Balboa" PREVIEW
Action and Drama.
Rated PG.
A simulated computer
fight between the reigning heavyweight champion, Mason “the
line” Dixon, and Rocky Balboa, stirs up the biggest commotion
amongst viewers when Rocky is shown to be the victor. This simulation
causes a huge controversy within the realm of the boxing industry.
The real question in the midst of it all still remains—does
Rocky still have what it takes to step back in the Ring?
It’s been years
since Rocky has fought in the ring—with his last widely acclaimed
victor over Ivan Drago, Russia’s ultimate demolitionist. Now,
after the simulated fight, Rocky is approached by promoters—being
stressed the fact that “he won” the fight. Rocky is
hesitant at first, contemplating that he’s only looking for
a couple of small, local fights.
After seeing the opportunity
the promoters have placed in front of him, Rocky decides to reapply
for a boxing license. When Mason hears about it—all hell is
soon to break loose. Now, it’s a battle between two warriors,
and for Rocky, it’s a fight in a completely different era.
It’s a case of older versus younger, will versus skill…
The final question still remains—does Rocky still have what
it takes to triumph one last time?
Look
for Rocky Balboa in theatres nationwide on December 22, 2006...
