"R.V."
Comedy and Kids/Family.
PG.
Robin Williams plays
Bob Munro, who has plans to take his wife & kids on a
trip to Hawaii. They are all excited to go, but the plans change.
Bob is
overworked on his job and is forced to go to Colorado and give a
presentation on a merger of Alpine Beverage. Without telling his
family,
he plans to go to Colorado by RV. The family is disappointed and
has
never been camping, so they make it as difficult as possible to
enjoy
themselves.
They get to their first
RV campground and meet this obnoxious couple with
kids who are just overly friendly. But they want nothing to do with
them.
They try to avoid them at all costs. They get lost on their road
trip
but always meet up with the other couple. The comical antics of
Robin
Williams make this film enjoyable.
He tries to hide the
fact that this was a business trip, and when his
family finds out, they felt betrayed. He gives his presentation
to Alpine
Beverage, but he admits the truth about his feelings for the merger.
He
eventually gets fired.
The ending is also comical.
Overall I would definitely recommend this
movie. You will laugh.
