Me and my husband visited Texas Roadhouse in Westland. We walked in stepping on peanut shells as we were seated to our table. The place was packed on a Thursday night. The menu consisted of all cuts of steaks. From sirloin, to New York Strip, Texas T-bone, filet mignon and prime rib. They also serve BBQ chicken and pulled pork dinners. The prices were reasonable. The 6-oz sirloin is $9.99 all the way up to New York Strip or Texas T-bone at $19.99. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The steaks are hand cut while you are there. They have an early dinner menu with a choice of ten items to choose from for $7.99 each. This special menu is available Monday through Thursday til 6 p.m. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was loud since it was packed. When you sit down, they serve you fresh, hot homemade rolls with cinnamon butter. They were great. We started off with the shrimp skewer for an appetizer before the meal. It was fabulous. The restaurant is located on Ford Road between Central City Parkway and Newburgh Road in Westland, Mich.
