"The Hangover"

Comedy. Rated R.

Bradley Cooper (plays Phil Wenneck), Ed Helms (plays Stu Price), Zach Galifianakis (plays Alan Garner) and Justin Bartha (plays Doug Billings) are the stars of the new film The Hangover. The movie follows four guys who live in LA and are supposed to go on a trip to Napa Valley. Instead, they end up going on a road trip to Las Vegas for a bachelor party.

The film also stars Heather Graham, Sasha Barrese, Jeffrey Tambor and Rachel Harris. Mike Tyson makes a cameo appearance in the film. It is rated R and runs for 100 minutes.

The four guys drive a Mercedes-Benz car that was borrowed from a relative. Everything that could go wrong happens to the car. It gets all dented up and scratched. A tiger ends up in the backseat and chews up the seats. A sign later falls on the roof of the car.

The men stay in a upscale casino and wake up the next day with a hangover. They had no idea what happened whatsoever. Doug ends up missing and nobody knows where he is. The other three guys go on a search for clues to find out what happened last night. They are on a race against time because Doug is set to marry Tracy in LA.

Stu is missing a tooth. A tiger is in the bathroom. A chicken is in the hallway. A baby is crying in the closet. The valet brings the three guys a police car and they drive it around town. Phil was wearing a hospital bracelet so the guys went to the hospital to get clues on what may have happened.

The doctor says there was roofies in their blood and reminds them they had came from a wedding. At the chapel, they learn that Stu married a girl named Jade, who is a stripper. Upon driving to her house, the guys are attacked by two Chinese guys. When they arrive at Jade’s house, the cops bust into her apartment and arrest them for stealing their car.

The three guys convince the cops to offer them a deal. Unknowingly, they agree to be tasered by school children. Then, they are let free to pickup their car from the impound lot. After picking up the car, the guys hear a noise coming from the trunk. It is Mr. Chow; a Chinese man who attacks them after the trunk is opened.

When arriving back at the hotel, the men discover Mike Tyson sitting there. He is the owner of the Tiger that was in the bathroom. Tyson forces the guys to return the tiger to his house. On the way, it destroys their car. Mr. Chow and his men once again attack the guys.

There is still no sign of Doug. Stu notices a mattress flung on the top spire of the casino. Stu says that Doug must be locked on the roof of the hotel. The three men walk up to the stairs to the roof and rescue Doug. You’ll have to watch the film to find out what happens to the wedding.

I really enjoyed this film. It was very funny. Just when you thought things were fine, something bad would happen unexpectedly. It provided lots of moments that made you laugh out loud. Once you see this movie, you’ll be telling your friends all about it.
