"The Sentinel"
Drama and Thriller.
PG-13.
This is a movie about
a Secret Service Agent, Pete Garrison who is played by Michael Douglas,
who has been protecting the President for 20 years. All of a sudden
he is being framed by someone who knows that he is having an affair
with the First Lady.
So all the Secret Service
Agents have to undergo a lie detector test. All the evidence proves
that he is out to kill the President at the G8 Summit in Toronto.
So now all the agents are after him.
He tries to flee while
the other agents are on his tail. He now has to prove that its not
him that is going to kill the President. He gathers evidence and
finds out that one agent, Montrose, never had the lie detector test.
So he tells the First
Lady, played by Kim Basinger. She finally reveals the affair to
the others and tells them, Pete is being framed. So now they catch
up with Pete and he admits its not him. Lots of action and killing.
It keeps you in suspense. I think its a very good action movie.
