WATCH: Fed Chair Janet Yellen speaks at U of M Ann Arbor

AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo reports from the University of Michigan for a special discussion between Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen and Susan Collins, Dean of the Ford School of Public Policy. The chairwoman discussed the current state of the economy. Yellen hinted that interest rates could soon hit 2 percent. She said our country’s unemployment rate fell to 4.5 percent in March, its lowest level since mid-2007. “I think we have a healthy economy now,” Yellen said. U-M President Mark Schlissel introduced the chairwoman.
