AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo reports from the University of Michigan‘s North Campus. Three U-M Mechanical Engineering students are working on a giant 1,500-pound Rubik’s Cube. It will become a life-size version of the popular toy. The project began three years ago on Pi Day (3/14) in 2014. Now it is nearing completion inside the G.G. Brown Building. It was inspired by the giant cube on the university’s central campus near the Michigan Union. In this video, watch for interviews with U-M Mechanical Engineering students Ryan Kuhn and Jason Hoving, who are seen working on the Rubik’s Cube.
