AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo was LIVE on Saginaw’s Ojibway Island for the 26th annual 98 KCQ Country Music Fest free concert. The morning started off with some strong storms, but they left the area just in time for the show. Detroit’s own Taylor Tucky performed on the Island Stage. Then, it was time for the national anthem and the kick-off to the main stage acts. American Idol winner Trent Harmon was the first artist on the main stage. He was followed by country music duo Thompson Square who performed at 1:30 p.m. Headliners Brothers Osborne entertained audiences with their hits “21 Summer” and “Stay a Little Longer.” They are the current ACM and CMA award winners for Vocal Duo of the Year. The concert wrapped up just in time before a severe weather advisory went into effect.
