The AmericaJR Web Team was LIVE at Comerica Park for a MLB baseball game between the Kansas City Royals and the Detroit Tigers. While the Tigers won the first game, they didn’t do so well in the second game. In the bottom of the third, Jose Iglesias hit a single to bring in JaCoby Jones making the game 1-0 Tigers. In the top of the fifth, Whit Merrifield scored a home run for the Royals, tying the game 1-1. Then, in the bottom of the seventh, JaCoby Jones hit a sac fly to bring in Niko Goodrum for the Tigers. Finally, the ninth inning spelled trouble for the Tigers. Abraham Almonte singled for the Royals. Later, the Tigers made a few errors allowing Alcides Escobar and Ryan Goins to score for the Royals. The Tigers couldn’t score in the bottom of the ninth and lost the game, 3-2.
