AmericaJR’s Gloria and Jerome Rzucidlo recently visited the construction site of the all-new Tiger Towns at The Corner. It is located at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Trumbull, the former home of Tiger Stadium. A group of mixed used condominiums are being built on the site at a total cost of $30 million. There will be a total of 111 town home units for sale. Of those, there will be studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Pricing starts at $399,000 and goes up from there. However, 20 percent of them will be reserved for affordable residents in Detroit.
