Both homes are located in Detroit’s historic Boston Edison district. The Kresge mansion features 20,000 square feet of space and is listed on the market for $3.25 million. It features 14 bedrooms, 10 fireplaces, garage space for nine cars and six full bathrooms. By the way, it is the largest residential property within the city limits of Detroit.
