WATCH: Desert X 2021 outdoor art exhibition in Coachella Valley, California

AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo was among the first to check out the 2021 Desert X outdoor art exhibition in Coachella Valley, California. The third edition of Desert X features 11 installations by 13 artists. In total, it spans 40 miles of the southern California desert. In this video, you’ll see highlights and interviews with attendees and volunteers. Look for the following art installations: “Never Forget” by Nicholas Galanin, “The Wishing Well” by Serge Attukwei Clottey, “Tamanrasset” by Vivian Suter, “Jackrabbit Homested” by Kim Stringfellow, “The Passenger” by Eduardo Sarabia, “ParaPivot” (sempiternal clouds) by Alicja Kwade and “What Lies Behind the Walls” by Zahrah Alghamdi.
