Hotel prices are rising for CES 2023 in Las Vegas

Las Vegas — The Consumer Electronics Show, better known as CES, returns to Las Vegas from Jan. 5 – 8, 2023. There will also be a media day called CES Unveiled on Tuesday, Jan. 3.

Thousands of media and attendees will be flying into southern Nevada from all over the world to cover this annual event. The resorts along the world famous Las Vegas Strip have planned for this by increasing their daily rates. Some of the properties have doubled or tripled their rates.

My recommendation for an affordable hotel room is to consider staying in Downtown Las Vegas or at a hotel property a few miles away the strip. Then, just use Uber, Lyft or a taxi to attend CES.
