Las Vegas — Bingo. Blackjack. Poker chips. Cards. Roulette.  Slot machines. Sports betting. Video poker. It was all on display at the 2023 Global Gaming Expo, also known as G2E.

Las Vegas strip DJ and music producer Steve Aoki helped to unveil a new “Squid Game” slot machine in partnership with Netflix at the Light and Wonder exhibit. He made an appearance on Tuesday to push the button for the first spin on the new machine.

“I even made a bootleg remix because I love the game or the show so much,” Aoki told the crowd.

IGT showed off their new Whitney Houston slot machine. It plays some of her music videos for the songs “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” “So Emotional,” and “How Will I Know.” They also displayed some of her outfits, albums and even a Grammy award!

Hardware solutions company ParTech debuted their new display screens for table games and point-of-sale systems for dining.

“What this all does for the operator is it allows you to utilize one vendor for multiple areas for your property leveraging pricing, service and having spares right here on your property,” said Sam Constantino, senior director of hardware sales at ParTech, Inc. “Our product line expanded into all of these other areas in the casino. This flat panel PC is able to be mounted in different areas as you see on the kiosk or on the table game and it’s the same unit across the board.”

KISAN America introduced their new K6 auto currency sorter. It also handles slot machine play slips and can tabulate them very quickly for casino cashier cages.

“It gives the operator the chance to support multiple currencies and denominations at the same time and be able to have all of this reported to our soft count software,” said Patrick Moore, director of retail and channel sales at KISAN America, Inc. “You can continuous feed on through, it’s giving our counts as they fill up. It autobinds, gives us our count and away we go. The nice part is, in general, it comes in what we call a four plus two so it can grow with your business versus having to buy a whole system and then figure out how you’re going to pay for it.”

Just Baked premiered their smart bistro food vending machines. It can prepare warm foods such White Castle Sliders, Wow Bao Asian Street Food, cinnamon rolls, lava cakes and breakfast sandwiches.

In total, more than 350 companies have exhibits at the global gaming expo. Over 25,000 people are attending G2E  from 100 countries and regions from around the world.
