Preparations are Underway for the 2010 St. Patrick's Day Parade
in Detroit

Avenue, the parade route for the 2010 St. Patrick's Day Parade in
the Corktown district of Detroit. Watch as volunteers paint shamrocks
on the sidewalk. Look for interviews with Dennis Hayes, President
of the United Irish Societies and P.J. Ryder, Jr., Owner and Operator
of PJ's Lager House bar. The annual St. Patrick's Day Parade kicks
off on Sunday, March 14 at 2 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive
one or two hours early. Don't forget to wear green!
