thousands of residents woke up to flooded basements after several
inches of rain fell across the area. Livonia Mayor Jack Kirksey
and other city officials decided to hold a public forum to hear
comments from residents. Watch for interviews with residents Scott
Tefft along with Gary & Janine Gillow in this video. They received
10-15 inches of raw sewage in their basements and are now trying
to get help from the city.

In addition, you'll hear from Livonia Resident Glenn Moon, who said
his basement was not flooded. Moon, who is write-in candidate for
Livonia Mayor in November, came to share some positive news about
Vancouver Canucks' Ryan Kesler, a Livonia native, making the cover
of USA Today.
