Chevy Rolls Out a New Corvette

The 2005 Corvette LS2 is now on display at the Detroit Auto Show is the sixth generation of the American sportscar.

The new corvette was totally redesigned from the inside out. On the inside, the interior was totally re-done. It comes with heated seats and a navigational system. There is also a keyless button to start the sportscar.

Along with those features, it comes with two signature services from General Motors. First, It has XM satellite radio so you can listen to music coast-to-coast. Secondly, it has the on-star service for information and help whenver you need it.

On the outside, it looks a sportscar that's ready to take off. It is five inches shorter than the last Corvette and one inch thinner. There are new exposed headlights with xenon bulbs.

The new Corvette is considered the fastest one ever. It goes up to 180 mph and it has 400 hp. There is a 6-liter gas tank. The entire sportscar is made of aluminum.

The sportcar can come in one of two transmissions. It is standward with a 6-speed manual. However, you can get it a 4-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission. The choice is yours.

I like the Corvette. It looks really sharp. Look for it in the fall of 2004!!
