AutoWeek Editor Dutch Mandel, Peter Horbury and Freeman Thomas of Ford Design. They accepted the award for Best Concept, which went to the Ford Interceptor.

Anne Asensio is the interior designer of the Chevrolet Volt. She accepted the award for the Most Significant Vehicle, which went to the Volt.
