Dodge unveils 2010 Circuit electric vehicle in Detroit PHOTO BY JASON RZUCIDLO / ©AMERICAJR.com Dodge has released this tangerine-colored Circuit electric vehicle.
DETROIT
-- When looking at the Dodge Circuit at the 2009
North American International Auto Show, you think of a mini-Viper.
However, think again, for this vehicle is out of pure electricity
with a 268 horsepower, a small engine generator, and an
prototype. The Circuit has a range of 200 miles: going from
zero to sixty in less than five seconds; 13 in just a quarter
of a mile, with a top speed of 120 miles. PHOTO BY JASON RZUCIDLO / ©AMERICAJR.com The Dodge Circuit will use zero gasoline and will produce zero tailpipe emissions. It will create 268 hp and 480 lb. ft. of torque.
PHOTO BY JASON RZUCIDLO / ©AMERICAJR.com The Dodge Circuit comes with a 200-kilowatt electric motor, a lithium-ion battery system to power the motor and a controller that manages energy flow.
