Tesla Roadster @ 2010 NAIAS Interview with Rik Avalos of Tesla Motors • Jan. 12, 2010

 

WATCH: Interview with one of the drivers of the Tesla Roadster from L.A. to Detroit

 

AmericaJR.com's Garrett Godwin spoke one-on-one with Rik Avalos, Senior Recruiter for Tesla Motors at the 2010 NAIAS. A Tesla roadster was driven from Los Angeles to Detroit just in time for the North American International Auto Show. There was a total of 18 drivers who drive the vehicle a small part of the way to the Motor City. Avalos drove the electric vehicle from Tuscon, Ariz. to El Paso, Tex. The plane was to educate Americans about electric vehicles along the route.
