Chevrolet unveils the Bolt EV concept @ 2015 NAIAS
Interview with GM's Stuart Norris about the Bolt EV concept
Jason Rzucidlo reports from Cobo Center in downtown Detroit for
the 2015 North American International Auto Show. Watch for an exclusive
interview with Stuart Norris, Director of Advanced Design for GM
Korea. The Bolt EV concept is a pure electric vehicle with a 200-mile
range designed to take on the next Tesla Roadster. The Bolt will
be priced exactly the same as Tesla's upcoming Model 3, at around
$30,000. It comes with GM's Bolt EV Connect app, which allows the
vehicle to park itself and return to the owner's location when requested.
In addition, it was designed to support DC fast charging. The Bolt
was designed to compete in all 50 states and many global markets,
according to GM.
