Patty Loveless will perform at the Stagecoach Stop USA as part of the W4 Country Summer Kickoff Concert. Along with her you can see Dark Horse and the W4 Country Idol finalist.

Loveless was born on January 4, 1957 in Pikeville, Kentucky. She moved to Nashville at the age of 14. At 16, she worked for the Grand Ole Opry. She married a drummer in 1976 and performed at many rock concerts.

She recorded her first album in 1987. Her first hit song was "If My Heart Had Windows." Other hits songs for Patty Loveless include "A Little Bit in Love," "Timber, I'm Fallin in Love" and "Chains."

Her number one hits include "Blame it on Your Heart," "You Can Feel Bad," and "Lonely Too Long."

The Summer Kickoff Concert is an annual tradition for 102.9 W4 Country, based in Ann Arbor. Each year, a country star comes to the Stagecoach Stop to kickoff the season.

The 2005 edition includes Patty Loveless with special guests Dark Horse and the W4 Country Idol finalist. It will be on Sunday, June 26, 2005. Gates open at 10:30 a.m. Tickets are $22 per person and can be purchased at ticketmaster, or by calling the Stagecoach Stop USA at (517)-467-2300.

You have all heard of American Idol. W4 Country Idol is similar in the fact that people are trying out to be the champion. Local bars and clubs around Washtenaw county have been filled with people who want to be chosen. The winner of this Idol contest will perform LIVE in the Irish Hills.

The Stagecoach Stop USA is located in Michigan's beautiful Irish Hills at 7203 US 12 in Onsted, MI 49265. They are eight miles west of Clinton just before Michigan International Speedway.
