Physically Fit Are You? Compare Yourself to a Navy SEAL; Take the
Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge May 10, 2008

older, male or female, you'll have the unique opportunity to compare
your personal fitness level with that of members of the elite Navy
community in Dearborn Saturday, May 10, 2008. The Challenge is free

The Navy SEAL Fitness
Challenge, which consists of a 500-yard swim,
push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and 1.5-mile run, will make its fourth

earlier this year and continued in San Antonio and Los Angeles and
this year in Chicago.
