LAS VEGAS -- Sony stays true to their history and provides a very impressive and informative presence at this years CES in Las Vegas. From TVs to smartphones, it is clear major positive strides in the company during 2014 helped push out sharper screens with greater vibrancy to consumers.
A day at the beach is great, but a day at the beach catching up on your favorite TV programs is better.

For years, beach goers have squinted their eyes and tilted their smartphones to view the screens. Now, Sony is tackling that problem using multiple different divisions within their company.

"Sony uses technology from their television screens in their mobile phones to make watching your mobile phone as close as possible to your home set," said Jason Rivera, Sony showroom brand ambassador.

The Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone, which launched last October, can be seen in the brightest sunlight, while still maintaining superior contrast for the viewer. This is something the company is very proud of and they boast about this accomplishment in the middle of their massive showroom.

One demo table has two dueling phones under a blaring spotlight. At a quick glance, you can clearly see that the blues and browns are richer on the Xperia Z3 compared to the standard conventional smartphone.

Sony continues to be one of the global leaders in electronic technology. However, they still enjoy solving human problems like how to catch rays and enjoy smartphones at the same time.
