Crews are working to clean up the Talmadge Creek Oil Spill, which
was caused by a rupture in Enbridge Energy pipeline line 6B on
July 26, 2010.

It is estimated that 877,000 gallons of oil spilled into
Talmadge Creek that flows into the Kalamazoo River.

However,
the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) later estimated the
spill to be in excess of one million gallons.
