Local well-known judges tasted each entry and then gave the traveling prize to the winner whom they think entered the best tasting chili.

Chili flavors included vegetarian, white bean chicken, mild, medium, and hot.

Tickets were $10, which included a sample of the chili, and after the judging, all you can eat, along with toppings, plus cornbread.
