With
over 170,000 square feet of stage and mill space, the facility houses
seven sound stages ranging in size from 12,000 to over 30,000 square
feet, complete with sound proofing, full grids, AC and heat.

An adjacent 350,000 square feet of office and support space was
renovated and wired to specifically service production and complete
this impressive new facility.

office space is also available for rent to non-production companies
looking to base their operations in our creative work environment.

addition, the studio design was specifically tailored to the needs
of Michigan, including a unique canopy connecting parallel sound
stages for easy and weather-free loading and unloading of gear.
