JoJo released her self-titled debut album, in June 2004, which spawned a number-one single on the Billboard charts for the pop song- "Leave (Get Out)"- and she became the youngest solo artist to have a number-one single in the United States at age 13. The song also peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100, and was certified gold by the RIAA. The album has since sold over 3 million copies worldwide.
