Kurt
Busch to Appear in Victory Lane, Premier Clubs

NASCAR
Sprint Cup Series veteran Kurt Busch will appear in two
of Michigan International Speedway’s hospitality
clubs prior to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series LifeLock 400
on Sunday, June 15.
Busch
will participate in question and answer sessions with
fans or companies that have purchased packages for either
the Victory Lane Club or Premier Club. He will appear
in Victory Lane Club at 10:15 a.m. and Premier Club at
10:30 a.m.
Busch,
driver of the No. 2 Miller Lite car, has had a successful
career at MIS. Busch is the defending champion of last
year’s 3M Performance 400 at MIS and has two career
Cup victories at the two-mile oval. The other win came
in 2003.
“We
are extremely excited to have Kurt Busch appear in our
fan hospitality clubs during the LifeLock 400 Father’s
Day weekend,” MIS Director of Corporate Partnerships
Josh Burgett said. “These packages allow our fans
to be treated like VIPs and interact with some of the
top drivers on the Sprint Cup circuit.”
Included
in the Victory Lane Club hospitality package is breakfast,
lunch, beverages, pre-race pit access, entertainment,
closed-circuit television, an official souvenir program,
commemorative event gift and the question and answer session
with Busch.
With
the purchase of a Premier Club hospitality package companies
will receive a reserved table for 10, which allows the
company to host employees, customers or potential clients.
Included is premier catered food for breakfast and lunch,
and six beverage tickets per guest. The Premier Club has
a few extras which include: reserved Turn Four grandstand
tickets, the company name displayed on a reserved table,
and a complimentary scanner rental.
For
NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series enthusiasts, series veterans
Johnny Benson and Brendan Gaughan will speak in MIS’
Tailgate Club prior to the NCTS Cool City Customs 200
on Saturday, June 14. Included in the hospitality package
is lunch, beverages, pre-race pit access, closed-circuit
television, a commemorative event gift and question and
answer sessions with Benson and Gaughan. Benson, a Grand
Rapids, Mich. native, and Gaughan are both Craftsman Truck
Series race winners at MIS (Benson in 2006, Gaughan in
2003). Both drivers will speak in the Tailgate Club at
Noon on Saturday.
