Rubber and a Few Calories: NASCAR Drivers to Set the Pace
for Fans at Michigan Coca-Cola Family Track Walk
Pre-Race Event to Be Held August 21 prior to the Pure
Ga. — Imagine being on the track, lined
up alongside some of the top drivers in NASCAR. As the
green flag waves, you accelerate down the frontstretch
before heading into Turn 1. Seems far-fetched, right?

On August 21 at Michigan International Speedway, Greg
Biffle, Jamie McMurray and Joey Logano will turn laps
at a much slower pace than usual, as they hit the racetrack
on foot alongside fans for the Coca-Cola Family Track
The event is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. near the entrance
to pit road with the actual walk talking place at approximately
9:25 a.m. The event is free to all race fans with a Pure
Michigan 400 race ticket or infield wristband. Fans can
enter the track from the grandstands through gates 24
and 31. Infield guests must enter in turn 4 near the entrance
