ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Rain wasn't the only thing that was pouring at Michigan Stadium on that mid-Saturday afternoon, as the Wolverines rebounded from last week's defeat with a 63-47 victory against the Indiana Hoosiers.

The game belonged to Devin Gardner and Jeremy Gallon, where the former broke a school record with over 400 passing yards, while the latter made his fifth-career 100-yard game.

Indiana began with Cody Latimer's 100th career reception, but thanks to Gardner and Fitzgerald, Michigan took the lead with 14-7. However, Indiana's defense prevented Gallon from scoring and blocking a 39-yard field goal attempt.

Michigan bounced back with Toussaint and Gallon, followed by Indiana's 50-yard field goal from that ended the first half with 28-17.

A fumble from Michigan in the third led to Indiana cutting Michigan's lead by four, but Gallon scored again with a 50-yard reception, yet Indiana made the game close with two more field goals but failed to tied the game at 42 with a two-point conversion after a 67-yard TD pass.

Hoosiers quarterback Tre Robinson brought the lead back to two. Michigan made another turnover with a fumble, but the defense intercepted the ball, as Gardner helped the Wolverines remain undefeated at home with two touchdown runs in the final quarter; Michigan is now 6-1.

Next up: The Wolverines will face Michigan State at Spartan Stadium in East Lansing on Nov. 2 at 3:30 p.m. on ABC-TV.
