2. It was the first plane to make a transatlantic flight. Piloted by Navy Lt. Cmdr. Albert Read, it flew from Trespassey Bay, Canada to Plymouth, England -- with stops along the way -- from May 16 to May 27, 1919.

3. From a carbonated apple soda, Spice N Apple, that was part of the company's original beverage line. The company, started in 1972, was initially called Unadulterated Food Products, Inc.
