AmericaJR.com’s Pete Bublitz was LIVE at The Henry Ford in Dearborn, Mich. for the 2015 Maker Faire Detroit. It featured two days of unconventional ingenuity, unbridled creativity and a whole lot of forward thinking. Hundreds of makers brought their wares, ideas, inventions and solutions to this two-day festival offering everything from robots, flame shooters and animatronics to solar-powered mechanical sculptures and fashionable finds. Go to The Henry Ford, roll up your sleeves, and make something. Makers range from tech enthusiasts to crafters to homesteaders to scientists to garage tinkerers. They are of all ages and backgrounds. The aim of Maker Faire is to entertain, inform, connect and grow this community.
