We’ll start with the construction of the new Carhartt store at 5800 Cass Ave. Then, we’ll go to the ongoing construction of the new M-1 light rail system, which is expected to open in 2017. Next, we’ll show you the installation of the new LED digital marquis at the Fox Theatre. The new Detroit Red Wings arena is being built just a few blocks away for a project being called “The District.” Finally, we’ll wrap up with the new Townhouse Restaurant, located on the first floor of the One Detroit Center building at Woodward and Congress.
