PHOTOS: 3rd Annual Rendezvous Back to Route 66 car show — Final Set

AmericaJR.com’s Jason Rzucidlo reports from downtown San Bernardino for the 3rd Annual Rendezvous Back to Route 66 car show. For the past two years, the car show was held at San Manuel Stadium. Before that, the San Bernardino Convention and Visitors Bureau lost all funding from the city after 22 successful years in the downtown area. On Saturday, the car show returned to downtown San Bernardino after a two-year absence. Attendees were treated to a performance by the Sounds of the Beach Boys. In this video, watch for interviews with car owners and attendees. I’m told organizers are looking to expand the event to two days next year — possibly Friday and Saturday.
