WATCH: 2016 Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid test drive

AmericaJR.com’s Jason Rzucidlo got behind the wheel of the 2016 Chevrolet Volt at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The new model was redesigned from the ground up. It features a new dashboard, heated steering wheel, a new rear center seat, in-car wifi hotspot and a much longer electric range. The 2016 Volt can drive for 53 miles gas free before the on board  gasoline charger kicks in for an additional 375 miles. The price has also gone down by another thousand dollars. The 2016 Volt now starts at $33,170 and goes up from there. I really enjoyed my test drive. I think this new Volt will continue to turn heads and offer the power you need when driving up hills and mountains.
