CANTON TWP., Mich. – Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, a rapidly growing Midwest specialty retailer focused on healthy and organic products and groceries, will open its eighth Michigan store in Canton (43480 Ford Rd., Canton) on Wednesday, March 22 at 7:00 a.m. The store will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with prominent local officials at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21. The first 250 shoppers, aged 18 and older, in line on Wednesday morning will receive a free bag of healthy groceries.

To further express its commitment to the Canton community, Fresh Thyme will donate store sales from Boar’s Head hot dog proceeds to The University of Michigan Matthaei Botanical Gardens. Matthaei Botanical Gardens is a center for rich and diverse nature-based experiences for U-M students, U-M faculty, K-12 students and the public.
